The F20 won the "best buy" award this month in one of the Computer magazines. Think it was Computer Shopper/buyer (read it in the ASDA library yesterday)

Not sure which cameras it was tested against, might be worth a look before parting with your pennies.

Torn now between this and the Nikon S500.

Both same price, Nikon doesn't get great reviews but does take (cheap) SD memory.

Sony gets ok reviews but takes (expensive) Memory Stick...

Anyone got any thoughts to help me decide, or even another camera to consider?

F20 is much better, especially in low light levels.

The LCD on the Sony is smaller than it looks, it has a thick black border to make it look bigger than it is.
