yeah but if you read 3rd paragraph it says...........

As our Message Eggs are real plants, and nature does not always behave as we expect it to, the odd one simply refuses to sprout. If this happens to your Message Egg please contact us and we'll send you another one to replace it.

Hmm... these are made in China (seen them on DealExtreme)... obviously there are no concerns over importing foreign flora.

Still, I wouldn't go planting it in your garden. Or throwing it away or putting in a compost heap.
