Jump to unread Post a CommentIt looks like a reasonable price if you need both blu-ray and a decent graphics card, although it's a shame the CPU isn't better.
The weight is rather light for a 16" though at 2.75kg, I wonder what the build quality is like?
If only £50 cheaper!!!!
Also looks like one of Fuji's slim-cell 6-cell batteries (so capacity isn't any better than 3 cells - which won't last long on this!).

Haha you'd be surprised at how strong the graphics card is:

Not trying to be funny but the 240gt aint exactly anything special, its like a desktop 9500gt.
And as far as i know fraps would record it at a constant 30fps so really your not seeing all the lag!. Theres no way this card would play crysis on high settings, no chance in hell... a 4850/9800GTX gets bout 24-30fps on high, a card which is about 3x worse would get like what 10fps max? Thats not playable :D.
Dont get me wrong, its a good mobile card and yes would play most games on low/maybe medium but im just saying to others not to expect to run latest games on max like your kinda implying :P.
Voted hot as its not to bad spec, although im waiting for the mobile 5000 series to be out cause that will shake the market again :)
Then again has it? Some images of it are showing it with one but some are not?!?

Would this perform a lot better? HD Radeon 4650 1GB DDR?

price has gone up now to 550 though... still a good price in my opinion... has everything u will ever need except its only got a 720p screen like this laptop
I dont like Fujitsu at all, working in IT support for local government, seen too much Fujitsu kit fail.
The 240M card isnt great, but certainly adequate.

I'd save the money and buy the acer, but then again I've had no problems with Acers, neither have my friends who use them. All down to personal experience I guess.
Dude, it may play crysis on low/med settings ans cod6 on med both with no aa

No need for flame retardant suits. My kids have Acer laptops and they are just excellent. No worries at all and lasted better than a previous Dell & Fujitsu.
