Anyone in the market for a telly who doesn't mind refurbished this one looks gorgeous...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sony-KDL40LX903-3D-Wifi-200Htz-Edge-LED-LCD-1080-TV-/230635090974?pt=UK_AudioTVElectronics_Video_Televisions&hash=item35b2ec341e#ht_915wt_1054

reviews say it's let down by sound and 3D but otherwise a top notch TV.

1 - SPAM

I'm guessing no 3d glasses with this? How much would that add?

about 50ish a pair iirc - ill try to find a link

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-TDGBR100B-Active-Shutter-glasses/dp/B003X62GFU

now these need a transmitter....which is extra again.

So does this tv have a transmitted built in or not?

As i am also in search of active shutter glasses i was reading around and it seems that newer TDGBR250 glasses are better are comapitble with 2010 Bravia TVs.

Not sure if it helps but jfyi if bought in the states these will cost 135 USD for 2 Pairs at amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004ZP7UDQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER

if you think it is a deal, post it as a deal. Dont spam in here especially when it is £840, refurbished and last years model that lacks a few features. lol

Sorry to have caused offence, that was not my intention. It was a genuine attempt to suggest an alternative. I think high end tellies have a quality that makes them a pleasure to watch and do not need features to justify them, problem is they're usually just too expensive.

Now £700.
What is it about Amazon that prices fluctuate like yo-yos? Annoying.
