  I am 21 and I can hear it and so can MANY other people that are not loitering... I can understand why you may get them but your a D*** if your neighbours are young, I live near or you get one at all.
  
  Also people will then stand outside your house to prove a point... I kinda hope they would as I think these are awful creations its like me coming along and yelling in your ear as i dont like you in my bit of the street
