There's currently 0% Finance for 10 months available on the UK Apple Store, which is a massive saving on the 15.9% APR they have in store. This includes all tech apart from iPods and is a great deal if you're after a new Mac or iPad.

There's a minimum spend of £450, which is easily achievable if you were to buy a 16GB iPad & case (£459).

There's also a free printer (or £70 towards a printer of your choice) available with all new Macs, which combined with the 0%, makes this a great deal.

You can still order most items in time for Christmas delivery, however keep your eyes on the site as they're constantly updating delivery times.

Please (PLEASE) don't make this another Mac vs. PC debate. It's boring and makes said participants sound like moaning bitches. If you don't like Apple products, carry on about your business.

Hope this helps some people.

Finance expires: 7th Jan '11
Printer expires: 25th Jan '11

That's a very good offer for anyone wanting to join the Mac family this Christmas.
#3

#4

Love the people voting this cold but not saying why. Guess they must be the whole "Macs are too expensive" crowd
#8
Damn you for posting this! :D
This deal is available through my EPP program at the office which makes the saving about £60 cheaper as well :D

Surely only people who aren't cool enough for a Mac are voting this cold.
#10
That is a fantastically good deal OP - many thanks for posting.

I am strongly considering getting an iPad on this, I was going to treat myself to one if my shares performed well before Xmas but it looks like I will be waiting until January at least until they see a decent rise. By the time the 10 months ends I should have very nice growth on them to pay this off with ease :)

The new one is due for release in February with a ship date of April. I would be hard pressed to get one now.

Or maybe they don't think it's particularly hot that you are only paying the full price now instead of more than the full price.

Don't get your knickers in a twist that not everyone loves the deal!

Im not voting either way, but if you can't afford to buy it, for me, in the current climate I would be avoiding borrowing to buy - especially with the product ccle they employ at apple.

But then again yet another reason is tech tends to have worse depreciation than a car (in % terms), although admittedly apple due tend to fair better than others here.

arrgghhh
didn't need to see this! so so tempted to get an ipad which would need the company of an iphone 4 too wouldn't it?!

i nearly bought one but wasnt impressed with my mum in laws on release day

used for a whole week

my verdict

pros
fantastic screen
great touch screen
good battery life
nice big clear screen
thin

cons
quite bulky to hold
cant fold to protect screen - minor prob though
expensive for a limited netbook
cant multitask wtf!! total joke
no usb wtf!!! but we know why
no flash player - this is a big issue for me - bbc sites, football sites, lots of sites use flash!
poor support - 90 days complimentary support - not good enough for a 'premium' product
1 years warranty - should be 2 minimum but then same goes for pc's
lousy/no connectivity to non apple products

its just a glorified big iphone with no phone capability.....i bought a dell mini 10 instead and its much better esp as it was about 1/4 price (£133) and has better battery life...i have an iphone so im not biased

having said that this is a good option for those who are after and iphone

£50 / mth for an iphone, plus £15/mth for the contract means £65/mth...steep but paid off in 10mths and no contract thereafter

I cannot be the only person who is tired of the constant appearance of the 'Anti-Apple' idiots who come on with their rants about Apple products being over-priced, only bought by stupid people with money to burn, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah..every time an Apple deal is posted. You do have to wonder at the motivations (and intelligence..!) of a person who clicks on a deal they clearly have no interest in, just to be an annoying little ****. Word of advice for these people in future - If the Deal has Apple in the subject, it probably wont interest you, so save yourself time, and walk on by...theres nothing to see here. ;)

dont get me wrong apple products are great but would be superb if they didnt have such an unneccsarily locked down os and had better compatibility with non apple products....ive had my iphone for 3 years and its been a nightmare.....connects haphazardly when it feels like with non apple products with no logical reason why other than that apple deliberately have done something in the hope you buy their products to solve the issue, what the planks dont realise is that it puts me off buying their products

and yes they are overpriced.......but then thats normal for nicely designed products i guess

Wrong my friend. 4.2.1 adds multi-tasking to the iPad, a lå the iPhone/iPod Touch.

You're comparing an Ipad to a Dell Mini 10? Totally seperate products my friend.

The Dell Mini 10 isn't instantly on... How long do you have to wait for it to boot up? As for the battery life... I highly doubt your Mini 10 matches my 64GB 3G Ipad, in fact I just read a review and the 6Cell battery came in at 6hours 30minutes...

I've not even mentioned the build quality of Dell products, plastic trash.

If you wish to come back and mention Flash support then please feel free, i'll come back with my i7 rig and compare that to your Mini 10.

Why would you go into debt to buy a bit of frippery like an ipad?

Why would you want to pay more than the minimum payment on 0% finance? That's illogical.

I dont like the idea of being locked into paying £49 a month for the next 10 months (iphone4) just in case something happens and Im not in a position to afford it. If I could get the iphone now and spread the cost over say 4 months while I have the money id feel more comfortable. Sure I could set aside the money but still, perhaps im just better off saving and buying it outright.

Also available at some Premium Reseller stores around the UK too.
My local premium store advertises 0% sales but then charge an admin fee to be accepted and then aother when it finishes, so not exactly 0% credit.
