FROM ~ BIRMINGHAM *STANSTED* EAST MIDLANDS* LIVERPOOL *BRISTOL~

( a few odd flights from other airports that aren't on the list too-but you will have to do the work to find those)
If my link doesn't work-google it (sorry technophobe here)
Offer says July to September, but I found most started early September, but have found many that are also November and December. The TRICK is ,to find the line of writing further down below the rather slow- flashing banner.(left nearish to top) Writing, (blue writing on WHITE background) that says "click here for more routes",that will give you the complete list of £1 flights by airport, across the full screen . That is your starting point.

Do NOT click on the words directly beneath the flashing banner- that says "click here for more departing airports"-

******DON'T forget to tick " my dates are flexible" when you input your dates as this allows you to search a week at a time ,rather than one day at a time-that takes 7 times longer.,for some reason each time you re do the search this de-selects itself-so you have to select it each time. Then click on the "next week>>" or "<
"No insurance required " is hidden in the middle of the list of countries (you do NOT need to put in your country of residence) ( You need to select "no insurance required "or you will be charged for their insurance, this is very tricky how they try to make you pay for this!!)

Handluggage is 10 kg.If you select "0 bags " ,you will pay nothing for your bag,and can travel with a handluggage bag for no extra charge, thus the flight is only £1. I have traveled for 5 days easily with just a sports-type bag-others have managed longer.

Use visa electron (post office for example) or entropay to avoid credit card charges.,otherwise you may have to pay £4 each way per person for that.Happy searching.(edit-see post 23 further down by Searcher 2)

I will say this only once-these flights do exist- I have just booked several different ones, but it can be a bit technical if you are not in the know-so ASK for help-(and edit-maybe try another link if mine doesn't work)

You should get all zeros in the invoice column , on the far right, when you are in the booking process-if you don't ,either you have selected something extra on purpose, or done something wrong-get those zeros to line up!!!

When you get your reference and confirmation on the final screen you are finished, but DO NOT click on the offer of £10 off your next booking (top right)as it is a scam and will end up having subscribed to something you dont want

Tried to book to Marseille...

Ticket £1....
The rest £65
so thats £66 to Marseille: WITHOUT BAGGAGE , WITHOUT CHECKING IN, WITHOUT FOOD OR DRINK ON BOARD.
Trust me people, always budget for the entire amount including AIRPORT TRANSFERS.
Learnt that one the hard way flying to "Dusseldorff", was actually a completely different town.

I don't know what you are looking at exactly but I have just checked Liverpool to Milan (Bergamo) and there are plenty of flights for £1 including airport taxes, online check-in and 10kg hand luggage allowance. Using my Electron card this would cost me £1.

If you don't believe me then just try Wed 9 Sept returning Monday 14 Sept.

I am not sure how Dusseldorf is promoted by Ryanair but anywhere I have been has been clear enough e.g. Milan (Bergamo) means that it flys to Bergamo and Milan is a major near city to it.

cant see promotion on their website.

When you search for flights it is called frankfurt-hahn so I'm sure there is a little clue there!

I book holidays and use Ryanair frequently and like most things, you get what you pay for! Ryanair are a very sleek and organised operator and as long as you play by there rules you will get a bargain.
You can get food and drinks on board the flights to spain that i have been on. A big tip is to pay by Electron Visa and you will not have to pay the booking fee and that can be £40 per person:thumbsup:

Look to the top left hand side to see the flashing banner-it will eventually say £1 flights.

You must look at the list of offers from your airport, then ONLY select the ones showing as £1 EXACTLY-not any other figure-there are plenty there.

http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/?fares=more

When you select the £1 offers there is NO CHECK IN FEE-I repeat no check in fee-but there is if you chose the other prices

There ARE £1 flights to marseille but only from stanstead and birmingham to marseille on this offer

ask if anyone needs help

i just keep getting Error - Your session has been locked , but you lot seem to manage onto the site is there a secret or is it a matter of keep trying (i know its busy)

Pees me off how they charge extra for all payment cards except Visa Electron!!!!

Its daft how this has gone cold. Its a genuinely useful 'heads up' from the OP if these £1 flights aren't being promoted as Ryanair's main current offer...
Though I do agree that these deals will only suit certain people. i.e. singles or couples not too fussy about the big airports.

I got me and my girlfriend return flights to Belfast to see friends next weekend for £16 all in!
I couldn't even buy my return commute to work for £16!! An absolute bargain!

I was also feeling bored one weekend earlier in the year so 'took' a mate over to Pisa with me for last minute weekend away.... Total cost of flights - £4! Total cost of transfers - £7. Just be savvy and get looking at the cheapest transfer deals on the net before you go - there's taxi sharing websites, buses, coaches etc etc.

And I'd recommend getting an electron card solely for this - it wont cost you anything. But will save you at least £20 on most ryanair flight bookings.

Be prepared for a bumpy landing though :)

Which airport are you going from.Have you found the complete list and are have you selected "my travel dates are flexible" in the search box, then keep clicking forward week -by- week (you should have 7 days of flights to view at one time) until you find a £1 offer) availabiity I think these mainly start from early/7th september,so maybe start there.

Thanks will try that

only going to berlin from east midlands and stansted

Good find.

Once again all the dimbos are voting it cold because they can't navigate the Ryanair website. I just got return flights Gatwick to Marseille for £2.00 all in!

Thanks very much OP,
Dimbos, go back to your pot noodles!

Just booked Liverpool to Seville in October for 1 week. £4 return for 2 all in. Now contemplating somewhere else for September.

If you haven't got an Electron Card then if you need to book now then consider using Entropay to save the RyanAir fees (though Entropay have a 4.95% commission - but this is much lower than RyanAir charges)

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/384405/entropay-for-ryanair-flights/

If you can wait a day or two consider getting a Post Office Travel Money card

http://www.postoffice.co.uk/portal/po/jump1?catId=19300207&mediaId=26800661

It's quicker to go to a PO which does foreign exchange with ID (passport, bill etc) and getting one - and it can be activated the day after - rather than applying online for one. There is a loading fee of 1.5% or £3 (max of these to a max of £20).

If you can wait longer and can be bothered having another bank account then some banks do Electron cards (e.g.HalifaxEasy Cash seems to be the easiest and one of the few remaining)

Thanks... I already have Belfast booked for August from a previous offer, and now Seville for October... so I am looking only for September now for a long weekend break. I try to get flights to include a weekend to reduce the amount of time my girlfriend has to have off work. I have only found one to Milan (Bergamo) in September but that clashes with my local football team fixture. More offers will come up in future but Seville rarely comes up at £1 so felt I had to snap that up.

Playing devil's advocate here, but perhaps they're voting cold because of the terrible treatment they've had from RyanAir previously. I've not voted either way but I put a value in not being treated like a piece of cattle. Have they started charging for using the loo yet as Michael O'Leary was suggesting?

No they have not started charging for using the toilets. I wouldn't mind if they did though. At £1 a flight I could afford to use the loos, though only being in my 40s I can still control myself for a couple of hours without needing the use of them.

I have been treated worse on BA flights than I have on RyanAir. Granted if I have a bad experience with RyanAir I may change my view but have been travelling at least every couple of months with them for the last year (and haven't spent £100 yet) and have not had any issues. I certainly couldn't afford to book flights on other airlines on spec and see nearer the time if I still want to go. Last month my dad died meaning I had to cancel my holiday to Italy. Due to booking with RyanAir and hotels which had no penalty for cancelling I only lost £6 on flights.

I was a frequent EasyJet traveller prior to last year and was put off RyanAir by negative comments similar to those we tend to get on every RyanAir thread....but I am glad I gave them a go now. I would encourage anyone who is considering one of these flights to book with an open mind and give it a go for themsleves.

It's a return flight to Europe for £2!!!

I've only used Ryanair once and apart from taking off about 30 mins late each way have absoluely no complaints. I certainly wasn't treated like cattle (no nozzles attached to my udders, etc!) It did what it promised and got me from A to B, for a fraction of the cost of other airlines.

This website is all about SAVING MONEY and that's what this offer does. If you want to moan about thier service, send them an email. Personally I love the fact that my family holidays cost a lot less than they used to thanks to companies like Ryanair.

return flight to Europe for £2 great deal i have used them loads of times had no problems with ryanair voted hot

Has anyone else noticed under "For a full list of Ryanair fees, please click here" when you click on it it brings you a table of fees, and under visa electron it reads "Visa Electron - As a special offer to Visa Electron card holders, Ryanair, for a limited period only, will not apply a Debit Card charge".

So no doubt the clock is ticking until they start charging for electron

IF they start charging for ALL payment methods, they would be unable to advertise lower headline fares. They have had that wording for the Electron Card for over three years to my certain knowledge, so hopefully it's a very slow clock!

The Special flights have no charges unless you use credit card etc.

for example look at the single from Bournemouth to Girona Bournemouth 28 Sept
