For comparison, tesco have 600g packs at 3 for £10 but with these you can get 3kg for shy of £11 vs 1.8 kg there for £10

Be careful with short use by dates if ordering online (my biggest complaint about asda) it says 3+days on the site which is too low imo because Morrisons Pork Loin is 7+ days.

One thing Asda now do due to the number of complaints for low use by dates etc is an online refund process which i have to say is a great idea by selecting a reason from a drop down menu which i have used recently and no doubt use again soon so kudos to Asda for that.

That's a new one. A pork loin chop is less carcinogenic than bacon?

Ah I see, well we do know too much meat, processed or otherwise, is a risk factor for cancer. I wouldn't recommend bacon every day, who would? The occasional bacon butty is fine like with everything else in moderation.

The key word usually is "excess" consumption when you look at dietary studies. Even if it isn't they also don't usually control the rest of the diet or tell you what the typical diet for each individual was or even lifestyle choices like smoking and alcohol consumption.

the bottom line is happier people live longer, so if an occasional bacon butty give's you some a pleasure - chomp on mate
