Doh!

Fixed, cheers :)

Just had an email from Maplin offering it at £129.99

Good deal. I bought mine at the weekend from Maplins, £119.99 but that did include 5% cashback which equates to roughly the same.

True, but this way there's no chance of quidco not tracking and you don't have to sign up to get vouchers.

I guess everyone who really wanted one got one last week :whistling:

There are a number of 1 TB drives around for just over or just under 70 pounds, so that is more space per pound. However, if you need 1.5 TB (and you cannot use 2 disks), then this is an excellent deal.

Could you please post a link for a 1TB drive under £70. The closest I can get is £73 for an internal drive.

Same drive, same price on Amazon

I know it's a 'new' drive, but is there any word on how reliable they may be? as in the control board etc?
