do people still use these?

Got one in our 1970's sectional garage - Takes a few flickers before it boots up. Proper old school :)
Just replaced my single 1800mm with a shorter twin fitting. :D

Heat for the deal, mind. Though, has anybody found any stock? Anywhere?

Not sure if these screw in place - false advertising.
You can check stock in your local store here

no stock anywhere!

Oos for miles
Why do people vote hot when something doesn't exist.
Just screw it cos won't find it!
I've replaced all my under cabinet fluorescent tubes with Leyton led tubes. More expensive to buy but they come on instantly, cheaper to run and the light is brighter and a nicer colour. I'm guessing led tubes will gradually take over as they get cheaper.

are you an aphex twin fan?

What a daft thing to ask. They are still used extensively in commercial buildings and plenty of home have them in garages etc.
