fab price, good find thank you. :)

Good deal I guess if you like coaches, personally wouldn't travel on one if it was free !!!!

I haven't been on a National Express coach in donkeys years. When I used to travel with them the price of a return ticket was only a couple of quid more than a one-way ticket. Is this still the case? If so, deal is fine if your not looking to come back but if you need to return you would be spending about the same price on the ticket to come back as you would buying a normal return ticket in the 1st place.

Good bargain, H&R added.

Shame the Hull to Leeds route isn't available for £1.00 - It costs me £7.60
#7
Great prices, Cheers :)

plymouth to carlisle £192 for 3 people!!!

I imagine most of the cheapest tickets are though main hubs (i.e. main stations in the main cities) and in my case by booking the journey in 2 stages norwich to london - london to bristol. For london it seems best to select Victoria station as for some of the other london locations no discounts came up.

I felt like that about any public transport. But a few years ago I started using Nat Express and found that I could really relax on my way to and from the airports I use regularly. (shame airports are not included in this.) With parking and petrol going up the coach offers a real bargain.:-D

Does anyone have any discount codes for National Express?

Yeah to be honest, the national express coaches arent too shabby. You would have to pay me to get me on a bus, but these I'm fine with.

£39.50 and 5 hours to Newcastle from Chesterfield, and 5 and a half hours return. In the words of the good lord, **** that.

Cheaper by £3 on the train and even faster, and would only cost me around £35 going in the car!

Good deal if you can find something, but the megabus for £1 is quicker!
#13
Are the routes above the only ones in the offer?
Megabus never covers our area.

National Express coaches are brilliant, unlike the trains they will NEVER leave you stranded and unlike Megabus they are not **** old buses that smell of wee and TCP!!!

heat added :thumbsup::thumbsup:

But what if you found the going AND the return journey for £1 for each leg? Then its only £2 return

i been on there coaches a few times but would never pay full price again as the trip took 12 hours, all 4 coaches stunk of poo and to many screaming kids.
