It's as real as you can get as it's pure maple syrup looking at the hot deals recently for a small bottle Costco's price is much much better. Only problem is they sometimes this site doesn't like costco deals other times it does.

Also do a good one. Better than this p1ss

Been using Kirklands Maple for the past five years, buying from the Bay, the price has been going up by about 90p a year. Tastes exactly the same as Buckwood and any other good quality Maple syrup. Great price for the real thing

We permanently have this maple syrup in our fridge. It's very authentic. Also, we keep Costco bought Krusteze pancake mix in the cupboard for pancake Sunday breakfast about once or twice a month. Yum.

Good idea.

Otherwise the cost of this maple syrup would be quite high after taking in account membership cost.

Thanks for the Krusteze tip, I'll definitely give it a try. :)

So where are the ingredients listed on this one then?

Don't need to be a member, you just need to know someone that is a member.

You can go with them as a guest or you can just ask them to pick one up for you.

Online price for most items seems to be higher (postage is included in price).

Eg. Kirkland toilet roll £16ish in warehouse, £19ish online.

Yes I've realised that. It certainly makes buying a whole shop online very expensive compared to instore, as they've added p&p to every item.
#23
They sometimes do a multi buy deal online but even that is more expensive than to shop instore.

Does anyone know how long pure maple syrup lasts on the shelf?

I'm going into Costco at lunchtime and may grab one, but I can't see us getting through a litre on Pancake day. Might take a few weeks to finish litre off.

I've had this in my fridge for the last 9 months, still good.

Eat within a year of opening.

The online prices are higher than the warehouse prices. online includes delivery and an online-only membership is cheaper.
#31
It does go off, you'll be able to tell by the smell! I would never get through a litre in a year, so the smaller size bottle at Aldi's is a better deal for me as I won't waste any. But for anyone who will use it all it's a better deal

Buying this in Canada it is 100% maple syrup. Not so sure about here but should be the same...I've never check and just assumed it was. Tastes the same at a ridiculous price....Now you just have to get to Costco before they sell out

This isn't an offer. CostCo stock it all year at the same price. It's in the current brochure as a "Buyer's Pick" but there's no discount. Still a bargain, though. Just don't make a special trip in case they sell out, they won't. The Krusteaz pancake mix mentioned above is really good, too - for pancakes and waffles. Again, available all year.
