There are dozens of combinations (and for less as well) - don't know why this one was picked out? I've personally just booked a flight to Oslo from Gatwick for £7 - and that price was valid for pretty much every day in May and June that I could see. The other routes presumably have less availability but there are lots of £7 flights on the website.

EDIT: And I've just checked the route you gave and it's also the same price for most of May and June - and you can go for just about as many days as you want.

you can fly anywhere cheap from gatwick, try flying from a scottish airport and the prices go up. I am driving to manchester although I live 2 minutes from glasgow airport to go to florida as it saved me £1200 for the same holiday at the time of booking.

Fair enough, there are still several routes on offer from Scotland though (as there always is). Derry, Paris and Stansted (where you could connect onto dozens of places - a bit of a hassle though I guess) from Prestwick (as well as the flight you posted being available for at least 50% of the days in May and June) and Brussels, Oslo and Talinn (Estonia) from Edinburgh.

I'm not sure how you took my initial post - it was meant to just add information, not criticise you or anything. You're clearly just trying to help others get the cheap flights. It's good to regularly check the site as they have a perpetual sale on fares.

Oh come on. You've made the effort to find a good deal through HUKD - surely you'd make the effort to take advantage of Ryanair's cheap fares? It just takes a little forward planning, that's all.

Ryanair's fares aren't cheap any more when you add on all the extras. BA proved massively cheaper than Ryanair for me recently!
