Just found a weeks Bed and Breakfast ski holiday from 19th to the 26th December For £170 each if 4 are sharing.

It is staying at the Poblado apartments in Arinsal in a 1 bedroom apartment. Trip advisor reviews suggest it is more for groups or families with teenagers than young kids.

Flights are from Gatwick or for £25 supplement from Birmingham.

The accommodation includes breakfast and linen and is very near to the slopes.

I have checked out lift pass prices and for that week it will be 153Euros (approx £140) in resort, Inghams are offering it for £144. Ski hire from Alpinresorts.com using promotional code news101 is 54.60Euros (approx £50) inghams are offering this for £64

I don't think you will get a much cheaper ski week especially at Christmas. I have already booked a week in the New year all booked independently and it has cost about £380 each self catering including skis and lift pass this would be about £360 each with skis and lift pass.

I have never been skiing in Scotland. I would like to give it a go sometime though.

Hardcore 8)

That's what everyone wears up here by the way. So if you're coming up you defo need to buy a kilt.

There's a great technical wool/poly mix fabric specifically design for snowboarding.

More info here (the site is often down though) - http://www.snowboardkilts.co.uk

Good deal, I'm desparately trying to find something on the 26th though, for a group of four of us. We went on the topdeck BOGOF deal last year (found on here) which was great.

Yea the beer is cheap but the runs are very limited in Andorra. OK the deal is cheap but I did Livinio in Italy for £199 b&b 2 years ago and the food and drink are even cheaper (much cheaper) and the runs are much more extensive.

if anyone does go, i strongly recommend visiting Naturlandia – La Rabassa.
theres this ride called tobotronic which is just awesome (its like a manual rollercoaster where ur the one controlling the breaks)

good price all in for Chirstmas week. More suitable to beginners or easily pleased intermediates though.
