cashbook is not guaranteed so not really a deal.

Had cashback declined a few times through quidco. I would not rely on it.

Will Argos iPhone's lock to the first sim? If it is, then I'll pass; the only vendor I know that sells 'truly' sim free iPhone's are Apple themselves.

I recently purchased an iPhone SE from Argos and it is truly sim free. Meaning it didn't lock to the first network.

Don't rely on the cashback

Don't use Quidco anymore after they start decline. TopCashback pay every single time.

To be fair in this case, it's actually specified that the cash back applies to iPhone 7 devices purchased using home delivery or fast track collection. No wiggle room for them to avoid payments?

Quidco suck! Often don't pay out... even after you've waited a thousand years for it to process. Stick with Top Cashback!

I went for a similar deal of 10% off phones over £300 at argos via topcashback in Nov 2015. Tracked but argos still haven't paid up. I agree with posters not to rely on the cashback, especially with Argos.

Yep, seem more reliable. As yet I have not had a problem with genuine cashback claims through Topcashback, Quidco cashback is another matter. Just had another quidco declined, tracked but then declined. Even after I gave the the Proof I had made the purchase. Mind you fair does to quidco, they contacted the retailer to make a claim after just 3 months lol

Every single time... unless it's a special promo where they give you a £5 bonus for spending more than £10 before midnight on 28th January in which case they don't.

I am new to Quidco, can you please share your experiences with reasons why they have decline please? I recently bought washing machine from Groupon (£499 25% cash back £125) and it shows on Quidco it was tracked but what are the chances they won't pay it?

Actually I've had 2 iPhones from unshackled and giff gaff and I can say personally these are also completely sim free I've had o2 Vodafone and EE now running virgin on these phones so Apple are not the only ones doing sim free

Hi all,

dont know if it's too late for this to receive some help. But I had this iphone through argos and quidco and they have confirmed only a 5% instead of 10%. Has this happened to someone else?

:) Thanks.

Hello,
I only received 1 % cashback !!
It's even worse than the 5 % of Kumi85 ...
