I have used my city deals once for Amelie and never again. They messed up the code, and didn't reply to my email at all about it. That said when I asked for a refund in a second email they gave it no quibbles.

I am regular user Groupon: ordered vouchers fro Newcastle and Leeds and had never a problem with these...
