Thanks for the early bird heads up Caroline.
Might be worth sticking M&S in the title, just a thought.

Tesco do this on their finest range but it only costs £9...

Not gonna be voting on this one yet as i have a suspicion that this is a gloryfied ready meal and I don't reckon Gordan Ramsey would eat this either.

So can't be getting a hot vote from me.

Oh yeah. I only ever eat food that Gordon Ramsey would eat aswell. It's really easy to pop down my local butcher for some fresh venison at a cost of £4000 per kilo when your on an average UK wage and not the proprietor of a huge chain of successful restaurants and the presenter of award winning TV shows.
It's like I always say "If it ain't good enought for Gordon, it ain't good enough for me".
I can't wait to get home though, its beans on toast night tonight!

What... you mean you won't get the full individual ingredients of a 3 course meal and a bottle of wine for £10!!! ....It'll be a ready meal!?! :-D:whistling::-D

£10 well spent...

"Left wing ****"....at the very least you ought to be supporting companies whose profits are SOLELY distributed IN THE UK - you know - what with us having no money left in the coffers whatsoever. But hey - you'd rather see the economies of terror states growing at the expense of ours!

And as for defence from terrorist scum....don't make me laugh; an eye for an eyelash and the syndrome of bokhim ve-yorim, "crying and shooting".

Here's a few articles you ought to read and a video you ought to watch:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/jan/07/gaza-israel-palestine

http://www.independent.co.uk/opinion/commentators/fisk/robert-fisk-why-do-they-hate-the-west-so-much-we-will-ask-1230046.html

In the meantime - I and many others will continue the boycott of M&S; and I'll continue to post this on M&S deals. At the very least a tenner here and there spent on companies whose wealth is distributed back in the UK would be an aid to our own economy, and a tenner out of the profits of M&S would be a tenner less that Israel has to wreck the lives of those in the middle east.

I'm afraid I won't be boycotting Marks and Sparks because I quite frankly like their stuff (and have a large credit note for them from Christmas).
In my opinion, if we boycotted places because of corruption etc we wouldn't be able to go anywhere. In fact we would need to leave our little Island and move to the moon!

voted hot. I like their food and their wine.
However, I am not trying to be funny about Yabbas's principles.
Good on you dude for fighting for your beliefs.

This is not a thread for you to make a political statement, keep comments to the deal in hand please. If you want to discuss the companies you've chosen to boycott, then please make a thread in the misc section so everyone can choose whether or not to participate
