Be careful as my experience this week with e2save/mobiles.co.uk (same company part of cpw). Order put on hold until I contact them by phone to verify details. They stated that O2 need more verification even though I already have an O2 contract . They asked for copy of driving licence, bank account details AND copy of signature. Must think I'm stupid !! Very dodgy. I cancelled as this obvioulsy invalidates the cashback terms of "...wholly completed online..." but more importantly appears to be very dodgy. Won't deal with them again !!

I wouldn't touch e2save with a barge pole .. I never received the cash back they owed me years ago and if you search for "e2save complaints" on moneysavingexpert.com forums or searchy.com you will see plenty of bad reports on this company.

Stay away from e2save and their dodgy deals.

With e2save, got my Quidco within a matter of months, never missed a payment either.

I've had no problems with them, thought it was important to balance the feedback

got my mobile with them too. never missed a payment for me either, in fact a lost one was re-submitted and honoured too. agree with 94th minute

If you can stick carefully to the rules then E2save are as good as any other retailer who use the cashback system. Worth noting that at the end of the contract they get a special bonus from O2 (or at least they used to) if they can retain you as an O2 customer and will give a blinding deal to keep you on a sim only contract.

I've not had good experience with e2save either. But then I was stupid enough to take out a redemption contract. All other previous redemption I've done with onestopphoneshop had worked great, I figured they'd all be pretty similar. They ain't.

Even if it did save me £100 on overall contract, I still wouldn't go with them. They just don't seem like a professional company.

edit: I've not voted either way tho. Technically hot but personal experience I don't trust the legitimacy

Balance it all you want m8.
The folk who didn't ghet their deals still didn't and in the light of that, I won't be trying it.

i just bought a payg phone off them..they said its on 5 day delay but charge me for it straight away. 5 days later they tell me maybe another week so i cancel it....and now they say 2-4 weeks for a cheque refund even though i paid by card. i thought they couldnt charge in the first place until they send the item out....does anyone know if this is the case and if i can do anything about this?

Call your credit card company. You should be able to get the money refunded through them.
Also tell the company that you will report them to Trading Standards.
