Google drive offers to increase your storage to 100Gb for $1.99 a month which is cheaper. Depends what you wasn't to use the service for - I have Google Drive, Dropbox and Onedrive which are all good in different ways.

Now that my phone contract has come to an end I've lost my 50Gb dropbox, but signed up with box to get 50Gb for my android photographs. Not replaced dropbox on the PC yet though.

Same here. All three back up my phone photos whenever I take them. I also have Box as back up when the other three become full.

Be warned, whilst Onedrive "supports" iOS photo backup, it's support is poor. By poor I mean it doesn't work.

Where as the Andriod photo backup is flawless (can't comment on Windows Phone)

I went for Onedrive as it was the best priced for what it offers, wasn't till after paying i noticed the iOS support is so poor.

I can't recall why or what, but it offers something that Google Drive can't, think it's file type restrictions. Dropbox would have been my 1st choice but it's to expensive.

Also note MS have a very tight belt on sharing obscene content, many photographers have had accounts looked for sharing artistic nudes, families locked out of accounts for sending links of holiday snaps to family etc. This only applies to shared content, you can have porn in your non-shared stuff.

Overall I am happy with Onedrive, will be perfect what they get iOS support right, and this price drop has reduced my plan for about £12 a year :-D

Backup from Windows Phone to OneDrive is flawless, not just photo's but documents, spreadsheets etc.

And yes, be careful of your content on OneDrive, they haven't just locked accounts, they have completely deleted them.

Good to know that Windows Phone works well, not that it will help me as the wife is now a diehard iPhone fan :-(

Google Drive offers 100GB for $1.99 which is about £1.17.

They don't offer 200GB so I guess OneDrive is cheaper for that. If you need more storage though, you can get 1TB for £5.89 a month from Google. Depends if you need an extra 800GB and whether it's worth an additonal £1.90 per month extra to you.

Google + gives unlimited free storage with certain restrictions

Google+ Photos: Only photos over 2048x2048 pixels and videos longer than 15 minutes count toward your storage limit.

The storage limit refers to Google drive which is shared with Google + and gmail
