Its a good laptop had mine for about 8 months now. Only thing that lets it down is the graphics card.

I got the 3gb RAM one for £359 which was a good price

Acer Aspire 5715z T2390 3GB 15.4" Laptop

This is a good price considering the processor it has a T7500!!! Some people on here are misguided comparing it to a T2*** series processor, this T7500 should be dead quick!

I hear what your saying about the graphics card though!

Try going to PCWorld and asking what their cheapest laptop is with a T7500 processor!!!!

Yes, quite right. The 5715z is far worse value as pretty low cpu.

What part of "it was £329 6 weeks ago" didn't you understand? ;-)

Thats a cracking cpu for the price. not as good as £329 but good nonetheless.

Hi csiman, What is the build quality like. Thanks
banned#13
Build quality is acceptable but not in the same league as a Sony etc. I think the laptop frame would shatter big time if it was dropped even from a small height.
#14
Just bought this very quick £349 bargain love it.
#15
I've just bought this too. It's very fast and the build quality feels quite good. I bought mine from tesco home plus in bristol it cost me £344.

Hi. Can anyone that has purchased this recently confirm that it definitely does NOT come with integrated webcam? I see the exact same model elsewhere and it comes with a webcam built in. Thanks.
#17
Hi, No it doesn't come with a webcam

Thanks for the info'. How has your laptop been in the short time you've had it? Is the keyboard easy to use. Do the key presses have a soft feel or are they clicky? Seriously thinking of this due to the above average cpu for the price..

Well the hard drive in my current laptop started making scratching noises on saturday and a few hours later it was in a constant BSOD loop, so just ordered one of these.
