Who? Price? Why is it a good deal?
#2
Looks to bring the price down to what retail is anyway
#3
how much for a 16gb?

this is a good deal i presume you mean 2nd gen?
#4
Well....it's not that exciting at all.......not really a bargain, rather have M8 or S5 instead.
#5
Where do we sign up?

Well have checked all over the Motorola site there is nowhere to directly sign up for this offer?

You can easily put a rom on for stock android if that's what you want anyway

the same offer posted earlier was marked as spam voted that one hot voting this one as hot too.

about the offer I believe will be same as last year in the US
you will get to register for the offer at 8 am GMT on 1st December and will Recieve a code from Motorola you can use the code within 14 days after that. normally the stocks are limited and got over pretty soon last year
#15
This phone looks good
#16
The Moto x second gen is FAR superior to the S5 or M8 and it's cheaper. This is definitely a hot deal.

This will essentially mean the best android phone of the moment, sim-free for £320?! The S5 is terrible build quality and plagued by Touchwiz. Moto x has already started receiving lollipop.
#18
more detail in this post needed
#19
agreed and voted hot, very tempted by this, all reviews pointing to fastest phone around....plus customised options look good...a little worried about batt life but they say lollipop will sort that
#20
not sure why this isnt hotter.
#21
Just to confirm. The 32gb model on the website is £459.99. So with the discount it is £359.99.

Still a great deal but the 16gb model would be £319.99.
#22
I received an email too, if anyone is interested you can PM me to send you the registration link

Can definitely agree with this. I already on the Moto X 2nd Generation and it's WAY better than the Galaxy S5 - I had the S5, sold it and haven't looked back. It's much faster, better build quality and Motorola quality with stock android. Lollipop is just around the corner. I'm going to buy another one for my wife on this cyber Monday offer! :p

Motorola also sent this deal to me and it looks to be a great phone without the non-Android overlays HTC and Samsung put on.

How do you find the battery life? That seems to be the only thing people mention.

the same offer posted earlier was marked as spam
I noticed that, too. I hate it when idiots get to ruin deals for others. I also hate the "spam" catchall flag, which seems to cover anything which also isn't spam.

Anyway, I'm guessing the fact that this is at least warm suggests that the HUKD community think this might be a bargain?

EDIT: Anyone think it's a tiny bit suspicious that the actual signup uses https://mcybermonday-uk.appspot.com ? Yes, I know what appspot it and does and why they'd use it; I just thought for something so large they'd have spend the fiver on a "proper" domain to attach to it.

good deal. 319.99 is for the 16GB model, for the 32GB its an extra £40, but hot none the less

As long as the voucher is emailed to you, and it works on the official motorola.co.uk website, I dont think it is a problem. It may be due to the way the official website is designed.

Has anyone got their voucher yet? I noticed that it says it could take several hours to get the voucher code!
#35
5.2 inch screen to small for me, so tempted still
#36
registered at sharp 8 AM GMT waiting for the voucher now, post once you start getting the voucher code

not sure why this isnt hotter.

Probably because the title is wrong, so it doesn't come up in searches for "Moto X".

I just posted the same deal and it got hotter in 10 minutes before it was killed as a duplicate. OP needs to update the title of this post so that it appears in searches.

Sorry - still a novice here - I've updated it so hopefully it will come up better.
