100% Pain Sauce (1,000,000 Schovilles) - £3.99 @ Marks and Spencer

livefortheweekendslivefortheweekends

Marks and Spencer have unveiled a new sauce, but this isn’t just any hot sauce, it is made up of the hottest pepper in the world.

Packed full of habenero pepper, which can reach up to 1,000,000 on the Schoville scale (a spice ‘Richter’ scale) it is described as ’100% pain sauce’ and comes with a warning that it is not for the faint-hearted.

Hailing from Kansas, USA, the sauce is 100% natural and bright red in colour with the habeneros chillies dotted throughout.

M&S warn that the £3.99 sauce should not be eaten on its own, but is the perfect fiery compliment to chicken and meat.

Are you man enough?

I like spicy foods, not silly silly hot where my tongue starts to hurt from the heat but a curry that makes me sweat is enough.

I foolishly ate a small chilli last week and it took two pints of Kingfisher to numb and dull the burning tongue. It got to the point that even eating a luke warm bit of curry afterwards felt like someone was pouring the sun's surface directly onto my mouth!

Do people like that feeling of discomfort rather than just a nice curry that you can taste and makes you break out into a bit of a sweat?

You're obsessed with sweating from eating curries. Just go for a job and eat some cinnamon balls; it's the same feeling.

I am suprised you can get anything in your mouth, with all the crap coming out of it.

But you don't think the guy saying the sauce made from the hottest chilli on earth is "quite mild" is crap?

When you reappraise what he said, maybe then you will better understand my comment.

I won't hold my breath though, hukd is full of autistics.

I have some of this stuff at home. It tastes horrible. I also spilled a drop on my skin and had a red burn mark on it for a couple of days afterwards!

Sounds like the sauce you tried had a low % of naga, if its got 1% nagas they can still call it a naga sauce. Try Mr Vikkis King Naga pickle ... then move to Queen Naga (72% naga chillis) .. hot as hell but has immense flavour

[quote=bytemaster] Not the hottest, but I like this sauce as it is free of Vinegar and Garlic.

    Fail. Contains vinegar

Not replied before as have been away from home. Now have 3 bottles in front of me (from M&S) Ingredients:
Habenero Peppers, Water, Tomato Paste, Natural Pepper Flavoring, Salt and Spices.

No Vinegar on the label or in the sauce. So no Fail.

I believe the picture on page 1 which clearly states contains vinegar and is clearly the same product.

Is there any need to be so offensive? Perhaps you will be man enough to apologise after seeing these.

I've nothing to apologise for, it is hardly my problem if you are ultra sensitive to internet vernacular.

It is not a matter of being overly sensitive to internet vernacular, rather I am offended when it is used to impugn my integrity.

I notice that you have not acknowledged that I am correct.

    No further comment to make.
    dazzer1975
Impugn your integrity and acknowledge you're correct? ROFLMAO get over yaself big boy.

I fail to see where i said you were incorrect, I merely asked for evidence and then used a jokey internet term.

Like I said, ultra sensitive, no further comment to make.
