Great deal,agree. BUT:
1000 mins disappears faster than they should. My friend made calls totalling 149 mins, but balance showed as 591mins oO
1 sent text counts as 10 oO (not every time, but very frequently )
And 1000MB...well,to be honest you get 150MB max.

Customer services are non existent, somewhere ind India...or Pakistan and have no clue about problems you might experience and very hard to understand what they want to say.
Trust me,have been with them 2 years ago - never ever again!!!

I think calls are rounded to next min,, for e.g if you only speak for 1:01 mins, it is counted as 2 mins.

Thanks for that. I ordered a sim off them earlier in the week and it literally came through my door about 2 hours ago. I guess I won't be putting it in my phone.

I am talking about each call.. if you had made 5 calls of 1:01 mins each, your phone will show as 5:05 mins, but the network will says 5 calls * 2 mins = 10 mins.

I know virgin does this way, but O2 doesn't round off and takes as exact seconds.

How GG is better with only 250 mins, 1GB throttled 3G,dropped calls,etc... Same crap,to be honest.

Very bad custopmer service, was charged £2.00 to speak to service provider, he confirmed the call was free, a clear lie, have not been able to contact anyone since. My original problem was icould not access my £10 bundle for renewal and in that wasted phone call was told he had never heard of such deal. Now my position is I do not know what financial implications I am in. All my contacts have this number but I no longer want to do business with vecton plus.
