Thought this was a excellent price for a holiday in Greece in June

Villa Thodorou is a small and friendly property, situated on the edge of the resort of Aghia Marina. Just 100 metres from nearest bars, tavernas and mini markets, it is situated on the golden sandy beach of the resort. There is easy access into the city of Chania which is approximately 10 kilometres away.

Just out of interest I looked at this but just for one person - worked out at £140.40 which I think is a brilliant price for a singles holiday :)

I wonder how much you have to pay for AC. It seems pretty essential to me, but if it turns out to be 10 Euro per day or so, you would nearly double the price.

AC isnt essential at the moment at all. ABout 25 degrees in June.

agia marina is very quiet so dont go expecting nightlife.

great deal though. cant even get flights this cheap to crete.

watch out for gypos on mopeds. women keep your handbags on your inside away from the road. keep your mobile seperate from your bag. make sure you're well insured and good luck.

I think gypo isn't really politically correct these days.

You should always have a little common sense whenever you go anywhere touristy on holiday.

I lived on Crete for 3 years and it's a lovely place... :)

i went on this holiday to crete, it was absolutely amazing,clean rooms right on the beach, and close to tavernas and shops, hope to return next year,iam retired so will be looking for a late deal .
