Broadway Travel just released a 3-night Venice break -- that covers peak Valentine's dates -- for £119 per person, saving 45%.

This deal is available for travel on 11 and 14 February, 2011, from London Stansted. Depart on 24, 28-29 and 31 January for the same price. Departures from London Gatwick on 2 and 5 February are £20 extra.

The price includes return flights, three nights' B&B accommodation at the 4-star Le Boulevard Hotel in Lido di Venezia, late checkout at 4pm on the last day and free Wi-Fi at the hotel.

Book by 8 December.

About the hotel: Le Boulevard Hotel is located on Lido di Venezia, the island between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea where the annual Venice Film Festival takes place. The property was first built during the 1930s and was very popular during the golden era of the Lido. Venice is only 12 minutes' ferry ride away. The nearest stop is 100m from the hotel and there is a boat every 10 minutes. Click here for more details.

I went there a few years back and although it was cold, there was no rain, it was beautiful clear blue skies.
