Just spotted this one again. I signed up for it last time around, and now its back!

I signed up last Crimbo for this, and was concerned that next year, I wouldn't be getting this great deal. My subscription expires on the last issue of 2009, which is in November(!?). The offer also allows you to postpone your first issue, so you have 2 subscriptions overlapptying, but not sending out magazines until the other ends. Don't forget to CANCEL the DD after signing up, or they'll take payment automatically every year.

Also, BATISTA spotted this top deal:

Go via TOPCASHBACK and get £6 [back]
which makes it 50p per issue
or
you can subscribe for £25 for the year
and get £6 via TOPCASHBACK
and Tom Clancy`s Endwar and HAWX on Xbox 360 or PS3 FREE when you subscribe

Mine also runs out in November... Do you just sign up as a new customer, and tell them not to start sending until the December issue (and cancel the DD from the other sub?)

They must be getting desperate.
FHM has gone downhill over the years but this is still a good deal

I think it's because we're all getting older, rather than the mag getting worse.
Still, for £12 you can't complain.

good deal again.

used to love FHM but i reckon its rubbish now.

Really poor journalism too.....its just full of lists ie. '50 best things to do' or '10 things to say to' or '25 places to go...'

Oh and that Grub Smith column is unbelievably rubbish.....

I've tried to like FHM i really have but just cant anymore....
#6
I signed up for this last year, at £12 this is still overpriced. You're lucky to get one good article in issue!
#8
Great will be getting it again this year!

Thats right, they have a dropdown box to select when you want the next one to start.....

Heat & Rep.

Ta.

Got my last 12 months with the free xbox 360 for £20 for 12 issues + game + £2 quidco.

That's due to expire in Nov too, so just signed up for this.

Through topcashback too, only 50p an issue - cheaper than a newspaper.

Just ordered mine - and signed up for TopCashBack .... Thanks batista !!!

The guy's a genius - Finding a deal - ON A DEAL!
#15
For the first 12 issues - Annual Direct Debit @ £30 thereafter @ £12.00

does that translate to £12 for the first 12 months and then £30 after? or am i being stupid?
#16
Yeah that worried me too when I ordered!
But in the confirmation email it says the amount billed will be £12.
So just cancel the DD it once it has been taken out.

But doesn't it say,"

£12.00 - For the first 12 issues -
Annual Direct Debit @ £30 thereafter"

That makes perfick sense to me :)
#18
not bad for softcore crap.
#19
Nice find - I wasnt sure about £1.00 an issue as its pretty poor these days, but at 50p per issue you can afford to just look at the pictures!! - thanks to batista for the TopCashBack tip :)

FHM's great if you like your women photoshopped into another lifeform.

Fair comment - but sometimes the reality shatters the illusion, and thats not nice either
#22
FHM used to be great, lots of content, now it's all adverts and nothing to read. Will not be renewing subscription!
#23
At the end of the day, there are only so many photoshoots on washed up actresses and articles about being taken hostage/making a million on the stock exchange/having your toes cut off that you can run.
#24
cheers wireframe for including my comments in your post

cheers to all for ur thanks, but credit should go to wireframe for spotting the deal because its a good deal for anyone who does not want ps3 or xbox games
#25
i got mine a few months back through Quidco @ 50p an issue as i got £6 back from them - tracked within a couple of days... might be worth checking out
#26
Recently subscribed @ £25/year with HAWX and EndWar, and £6 Quidco....sold th 2 PS3 games for £25 and teh £6 has validated.....happy days = £6 free money and 12 issues :D
#27
great price thanx
#28
Think the cashback has now gone... because of the previous deal, £25 for 12 months, 2 xbox games and £6 cashback.... I've sold my games, £24 + £6 quidco, so it was possible to get it for free, plus make a bit of profit on it! This is as good as that deal IMHO.

Yup... but at the same time theres as many of these washed up actresses appearing to feed my hungry appetite :-D
#30
i did this a while back, £6 via quidco as it was then, so its only 50p per issue, its worth it for the hot women usually. then ill fling them in the bin after a few months.

kinda wish i had waited and gotten the deal for £19 after quidco but got 2 games. although im not a fan of those 2 games id have surely made it 12 months for free upon selling them. oh well its only £6.
#31
You don't get the 2 free games with the £12 offer, only with the £25 a year one.
#32
Subscribed last year for the same offer for £12. The mag is hardly worth the £1 a month as others have commented and i'll be cancelling my direct debit in the next few weeks as well!:x
#33
I did the £25 deal, I sold the games on Ebay, got £20 for HAWX and £10 for EndWar, so i'm now £5 in profit with a years subscription of FHM! :)
#34
Im on the £12 deal and have had 2 copies so far. Has really lost its way as a mag and about half the size it used to be. Still for a quid you still just about get your moneys worth
#35
Why expired??
#36
signed up for this a couple of months ago, can vouch for getting this months magazine through last week + both games arrived earlier this week

good deal if you get them in time :)
#37
this isn't expired i have just ordered
