As title suggests 12 months access to any Central London NCP seems like a good deal for £999. Thats £83.25/month, I haven't been able to find parking in some outer London locations for that much.

Here's the Blurb from Groupon, hope it helps someone (sure it will be full price by the time I need it :()

12-Months of Access to NCP Car Parks in Inner London for £999 (Worth up to £10,000)

Take the Tube and stop polluting London town!

Not always possible, for a start it doesn't run 24hrs. Secondly when I need to take equipment in I'm not insured to handball it on the tube. Thirdly its not always working and clients won't usually accept the argument I didn't drive because I didn't want to pollute London. Finally it can be bloody expensive :(

In any case, let he who doesn't drive or make use of someone else who drives throw the first stone :)

The buses do, use them.

Secondly when I need to take equipment in I'm not insured to handball it on the tube.

So take the car then, you don't need to use it every day and pay a grand.

Mentos
It's not always working.

Oh, come off it.

While the congestion charge is just loose change.

I hope you don't have a greenhouse. :p

This condition alone would render this ice cold.

The bus would take me a couple hours to get home, not really appealing at 3-4am. Definately not taking several £k's worth of equipment on the tube, if I'm financially responsible for it. And while most employers may accept you being late because there was a problem on the tube, I'm usually brought in to get the job done quickly with minimal disruption so it doesn't really cut it. And if you use the tube everyday you surely know you will encounter problems. Justt the other day the Metropolitan line was down on the Uxbridge branch, fortunately I wasn't going in for work.

But if you never ever make use of a private vehicle, then you put me to shame and I'm hanging my head now :(

Wow, I didn't see that on the main page. Wonder what they'd do if you bought it and didn't qualify. As if they just refund you its worth a punt, because its very cheap if you do need to park in town.

Not enough to pay a grand to park in London, I don't. Doublecheck the smallprint too, if you live on the Uxbridge branch of the Met.

Yes, someones pointed out the small print. As I said in the OP its no use to me right now as I'm not working in town. Hence I didn't check the small print.
#12
So please update your OP because you don't want to mislead people out of £999, do you...

Lol this may be a poor deal but I love how you're getting slaughtered for posting it thinking it could help someone! It's like you have a hidden agenda and you're not telling people....oO
#15
Would anyone ever be happy about a parking deal? It's one of those (perhaps essential) things that people hate paying money for, like council tax (or any tax), water rates, estate agent fees, etc.

I guess the only hot parking deal would be a free parking deal!

It's "definitely", by the way. :{

Ok I own up, the guilt has finally got to me. I bought all the London NCP car parks 2 years ago. Shortly afterwards I signed up here and lurked for a while, to avoid suspicion. After several hundred posts I finally thought I'd done enough to implement my evil plan without being discovered.

But that darn kingy58 in his spandex tights and the spelling police (musicals) rumbled me.

Anyone want to buy some lovely car parks in Central London?
