Agree, the worst I have ever dealt with.
I've been with TalkTalk since they launched their free broadband service years ago and for the first year they were shocking - poor connection, speed and the worst customer service. They couldn't cope with the demand as they were, as far as I am aware, the first free broadband provider in the UK.

For the past couple of years I can't really fault them - connection, speed & customer service has improved 100%.
Pfft, -78 guess I'll stick with o2 and BT:-D
Talktalk are absolute garbage. Our connection drops almost every night at 12am for anywhere from 20 minutes, to 8 hours. Can't wait to get away from them!
Looked at their deals before and when I put my phone number in to check availability they start ringing you. Told me that I would get 2mb download speed so I refused to take. Never stop ringing now trying to tempt me with better offers. They even rang the day after I swore at them to stop ringing. :x
