I've been using WindScribe VPN for a couple of months and although you can get 50GB free a month you are limited to 1 device, 8 locations and OpenVPN configs won't work.

Upgrade to Pro and get unlimited bandwith, unlimited devices, OpenVPN configs (handy for Linux users) and 45 locations to choose from.

Use the promo code PRIVACY1 to apply the reduction to $29.99 (approx £24). Good value VPN for £2 a month.

Code expires April 17th

Think I paid £35-40 for VPNSecure Lifetime Membership. Worth every penny.

Until they go bust, how do you think they can support you a few years down the line

Personally I wouldn't get a lifetime sub to any VPN. 12 or 18 months is the most I would go for.

Stopping your isp from seeing your pron history for one.

Unblocking sites that are region specific (though Netflix doesn't like vpns) for two.

Yeah same here. I got a lifetime sub for VPN Unlimited for about £25 quid and it's been fine so far.

Been using Windscribe for about 3 months now and can definitely recommend. Good selection of countries to choose from and the support team get back to you really quickly. Using the app on both mac & pc and it has decent speeds.

Netflix doesn't like it however but that's pretty much standard now.

Great price for great service, hot!

I've been using Windscribe for a while now after I decided to do some research about using VPNs. I came across a really good post on reddit by a user called Thatoneprivacyguy that explains what they were all about with another post by the same guy that is a spreadsheet listing and comparing the components of each VPN. The one he uses is quite expensive but Windscribe comes out very well and I was able to find a code (possibly on HUKD) that gave me 50% of every month with no expiry date. I pay about £3.50 monthly for unlimited access and have got to say it had been very good in terms of speed and connectivity. The only drawback is they do not yet have a native android app and use a third party app called Swanstrong. it is a good app though with plenty of options for connecting through different countries. The link for the reddit post is:
Reddit VPN Info

He has also done another post with his spreadsheet attached. if you are thinking about going down the VPN true I would recommend reading it as it is really informative.

I have just noticed that CultOfMac/StackSocial have got another flash sale on WindScribe.

$29.99 gets you 3 years pro.
$39.99 gets 5 years pro.

I have upgraded that way as it's even better than this deal

https://stacksocial.com/sales/3-year-windscribe-vpn

This flash sale expires at the end of Friday April 7th so you need to be quick.
