Just been in to my local Tesco express to buy some milk. SEL showing price of £1.75 for one or 3 for £3.00. Good deal me thinks so took to checkout. Scanned through at £2.00 for 3 which means 12 pints for £2. Pull the udder one you may be asking, but true and legit. Some poor cow has got some work cut out.

Glitch not working online like other glitches usually do so may be store specific but no harm in trying as everyone needs milk :)
#3
Great price!

Online not working but glitch may apply instore instead of express. Perhaps someone can post back if this has worked for them.

my local closes 11pm but cant be botherd to go out now

Which milk is this please? Only asking as my local Express does 2 x 4 pint for £2. However, I did notice today that Cravendale was on offer as well - but I actually thought (might have read it wrong) it said 3 for £4.

What size milk are we talking? Brand / Litres I mean?

Good price but it seems a bit crazy they want people to buy three of these to get a deal now when almost every other supermarket does them at two for £2 and often have other brands at £1 each.

We go through loads of milk at home and I take some into work but it's hardly fair on those who live alone or don't use that much and must be leading to loads of wasted milk being thrown away...

will it still be working 2moro or like morrisons glichs will it get fixed tonight.

Yes it's meant to be 3 x 4 pints for £3, but minuses £1.75 instead of 0.75p from the total price.

Just tried it at my local and it didn't work, went through as 3 for £3. :(

Milk can be frozen so no need to throw it away. Just stick it in the fridge and make sure its fully defrosted before using it (give it a shake too - the fat tends to separate out when its defrosting).
#23
I can confirm this is working at my local Tesco Express - just zipped up at 11.15pm and bought 3 x 4 pinters and it cost £2.00 - Bargain and thanks for the heads up :)
#24
Must be express only then?
#25
12pints of milk seems like a lot, maybe too much
#26
I bought a single 4-pint bottle tonight from my local Tesco and it went through the till at £1.00. Happy enough with that considering a 2-pint bottle is normally 85p.

Only got a tiny freezer section in my fridge so can't take advantage of the 12-pint deal here but heat added to OP :)

Weird thing happened to me involving cows yesterday whilst I was out running. I stopped next to a field for a breather, had the feeling I was being watched and turned around to see 30 odd cows staring right at me. Some walked towards the wall near to me and when I started running again this entire field of cows ran along side me. oO

Not sure why they did it, but I like to think they had all got together beforehand and decided to try to freak out the next human to pass by.

Yes, just tried it in a normal Tesco and it only took 75p off, still good value though.

It's meant for baby cows not humans. Stop drinking it, you'll feel much better.
#36
They've been doing 2 x four pint bottles of their own brand milk for £2 for a long time.
Surely a three bottle purchase is just a way of getting more money out of your pocket without actually saving you anything.
It's only a matter of time until they correct their tills so all stores charge £3 for this promotion.

Milk will last usually last for about a week in the fridge, don't forget to freeze it uses energy ie more electricity and no one ever factors this in. I couldn't begin to even estimate how much it would cost to freeze 4 pints of milk in an already cold freezer though? Any rocket scientisits open to this mere calculation? Might be a stupid point as to store it in the fridge uses some energy too (but not as much as freezing it)??? Who knows. Who cares?
