Hmm there isn't really a good guide around but I'll try

1) Get WD Bevs 1200 2.5" HDD
2) Get xplorer 360 Extreme 2
3) You need to find the hddss.bin for the 120GB drive
4) You need a SATA connectioj on your MOBO, connect the 20GB HDD to the PC
5) Load X360E2 and copy contents of Partition 3 to your PC
6) File>Creat Image of Partition 2
7) Plug 120GB WD BEVS into PC -UNPLUG ALL OTHER DRIVES - VERY IMPORTANT
8) Make a bootable USB , add HDD Hackr to the USB and Boot to DOS
9) Run HDDHackr with command hddhackr -f
10) Connect 120GB HDD to Xbox and format (will show 107GB)
11) Connect 120GB to PC
12) Run x360E2 you will note Partition 2 is missing
13) File>Restore Partition 2 image
14) Copy back Partition 3 contents
15) Back to Xbox to see if it works (fingers crossed)

N.B If running Vista you will need to run x360E2 as administrator else it won't find the HDD
