the xfx 256mb is £117 on scan this is robbery you can get the 512mb palit for £10 more

You can get 512Mb ones for around £140 now.
The 8800GTS has even come below £180 as well.

If you can't spend more than £135, I would probably go for the ATI 3850/3870 as they seem to perform quite well for the price :)
