FWIW Argos usually sell "Plum Products" trampolines which IMHO are a bit more robust / better constructed than those punted by some DIY stores.

Our 8ft trampoline has lasted 3 years, and the frame, springs, and bed all look as new. The only things that need replacing are the pad and the enclosure net.

not that good then.....weve had our jump for fun up in all weather for 3.5 years and no damage/wear other than minor pad fading...the pad isnt pvc

Totaly agree these are great fun but when you see your 7 year old flying through the air it gets a bit worrying......Get a Enclosure.................:thumbsup:

Not a bad deal....I managed to get a 12 foot one with enclosure from B&Q for a stupid price of £4 at the end of last summer!! One guy bough 9 of them..........bet he made a killing on the bay

I brought our trampoline (plum ) from argos and the net and pads have gone after less than 2 years, i brought a replacment pad from jumpforfun and its soo much better quality :thumbsup: just got to order new net now, do you know if the nets are like plastic type ones or thin material like my last one which ripped really quickly :x Any advice would be great :)

As an A&E doctor , over the past few years I have been inundated with injuries caused ttrampoline accidents

By all means get one as they are great fun but dont let half a dozen kids on at once and dont use without an enclosure

I would agree with this 100%, we have a 10 foot one with an enclosure & if it didn't have the enclosure then i dread to think how many visit's to A & E we would have had :roll:

I rated it as hot but then changed my mind and rated it to cold. I then rated it as up again, then cold, then up, down, up, down, up down, up....
