Thought this was a cracking price for 14 nights on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. The accomodation scores 4/5 on TripAdvisor, so looks pretty darn good. It's situated at Tassia Studios Greece on the outskirts of Laganas; this is a good thing as Laganas can be a bit rowdy at night, so if you value your sleep then you'll appreciate this. However, it is in easy reaching distance of plenty of places. I recommend hiring a car for the duration of the holiday so you can travel around the island as there's lots to see and do in Zakynthos (Zante). I've been there loads of times, and it's easily my favourite of the Greek islands. We even got married there. I haven't included transfers in the final price (as these are a bit pricey) and Laganas is really close to the airport; so even if you don't hire a car, get a taxi from the airport. They are always there waiting and are pretty decent prices too. Anyway, enough of my waffling; a bit more about the holiday.
Tassia Studios:-
This traditional–style studio complex is out of the town centre‚ but ideal if you want to really relax. The Tassia is family run and well kept‚ with a laid–back atmosphere.
Studios (2-3 people) have twin or double beds (some studios have extra sofa or folding bed)‚ air conditioning‚ TV‚ kitchenette with fridge‚ shower room and balcony or terrace.

I much prefer family run hotels/appartments. And more often than not Greek owners are totally bonkers but just fantastic
But if i book a 2nd room with another adult in it, it's only £305. Crazy booking rates.

we have been kalamaki twice in last 3 years and can still eat out with couple of drinks for a tenner each or fantastic gyros is 2 euros , large bottle mythos still only 2 and half euros , its a lot cheaper than uk and kalamaki beach within a stroll from laganas ... heaven on earth )
