Okay so the SSD is only 64GB but for web browsing this is a cheap little machine. Ships with Windows 10 as well. Can't vouch for the quality but seems like reasonable value. Read More

this does seem good very value with benchmark of 1740 (vs. 910 for popular z3735f) even if only dual core, also 4gb of ram vs more common 2gb and finally large 14" touchscreen (if only 1368x768)

the only negatives i can see, are lack of usb 3.0 (just 3x usb 2.0) and battery life/noise concerns due to older 22nM processor

what i'm really hoping someone can help me with, i've google all morning but cannot find confirmation, is it a true 64gb SSD or just typical much slower emmc, it's the clincher for me, can anyone help???

And is there a spare 2.5" slot to stick in another hd?

speaking from experience of the 11.6 inch version of this laptop, it is a 'proper' SSD using an m-sata slot, and it does have room for another 2.5 inch drive

like i said, this is for the 11.6 inch model but i dont see why that would change for the 14 inch.

thanks for responce, re your 11.6" version, have you ever done a clean install of windows 10, does it retain touchscreen, etc after restart?
i'm aware of double driver and the such, but with some of the cheap chinese brands, it can still be a nightmare!

i didnt do a clean install due to that very worry

i only use mine as a HTPC so i'm not too concerned about bloatware provided playback is still smooth

Had 3 of these delivered yesterday, 2 wont run off the battery! Shows 100% charged but as soon as you unplug them they die.
