I find it very hard to recommend a 15" screen to anybody, particularly a widescreen.

15" screens are very small, smaller than most laptop screens, and remember the size is measured diagonally, so a 15" widescreen is going to be very narrow.

With a 19" widescreen mentioned on this web site for £84.83 (from ebuyer.com) surely it is worth spending the extra £20 or £30 pounds to get a lot more extra space that a 19" provides.

That may well be, but this is still the cheapest widescreen 15" monitor I've seen. Even cheaper than ebuyer. Some people only want a small one, and whilst it might not suit you or I, it's still a hot deal.

Ours is not to judge WHAT folk might want, but to determine if it's the cheapest that can be found.

Therefore, voted hot.
