wouldn't trust vodafone to give you your cashback

my transaction tracked with topcashback for a £10 per month sim only contract with £90 cashback, 6 months later and despite appealing, no cashback.

In my experience vodafone don't pay, O2 do. Just my own experience others might have better luck.

Woah how did you manage that one?

Vodafone paid out cashback for me on all 3 of my phones

I could do with a deal like this, I am currently on a 24 month contract with Vodafone which I wish I hadn't taken out, it feels never ending!

Terrible company for paying out cashback. Do your research first! There are many, many negative reviews on Topcashback (probably Quidco too - but I don't use it).

Out of the 8 people I know that have taken up previous deals (myself included) NONE of them have received a payment (some over a year ago) despite almost immediate tracking.

You have been warned.

For balance, I've had two £100 Quidco payments with O2 12-month Simplicity contracts with no issues at all.

If all you are after is a sim deal.. why not just get an 18-24mnth contract that gives you upto the full term back as cashback... Im looking at deals with at least 500 minutes + texts, and at least 500mb internet per month, with full line rental cashback.. so costs you naf all!!...

EG:

Some places you even get cashback.. so you end up in credit!!!, especially if you flog the phone you get too....

I eas doing this with 2 phones for about 3 years.. until I got an iphone and had to actually pay for line rental :-(

Still waiting for my £150 via Quidco that I took out in April. Tracked fine and it validated but still waiting. Have emailed Quidco but they are still waiting for VF to pay up.

Ordered £25 sim only, let's see whether the cash back will be paid or not?

It's all about being patient when it comes to cashbacks. They have always paid me in the end .... with long waiting.

Wouldve been a better deal with 1gb data. 500mb is a bit low for what you pay and the type of package.

Good deal though.

Long waiting, your not kidding! Almost 14 months for one of my friends! The level of patience required would test a saint!
