I'm guessing food and drink in Hawaii is probably very expensive mind.
Anyone tried adding children into the equation for prices to see if its at all cheaper for kids?
Food and drink in Hawaii is actualy very reasonable, last time we were there was in 2010 on the way back from Australia and it was far cheaper than Australia.
If I want that kind of experience, I can just pop to Central London on the Tube for a LOT less ;)

Australia is extortionate though! But I agree on the whole...its not too bad if you stick to the local stuff.
LA - couple of days visit is enough. San Fran is much more interesting.
