Just popped into my local Morrisons(Erith) and they had 10 assorted coloured 16GB iPod Nano's all reduced from £139.99 to £60.

Note: This is for the 4th Generation iPod Nano, the 5th generation iPod Nano still scans in at full price.

A new Nano is due out in September sometime so i guess they are clearing them out to make way for the new stock.

Anyway this had got to be a great deal for some people.

Remember, this is IN STORE ONLY.

i doubt morrisons themselves will price match this. this seems to be a manager special specific to that store.
#16
great price
#17
surely they will be making a big loss on these.... cant seem to find it anywhere for under £99
#18
Very good price reduction for this, and heat added for that, however £60 towards another DAP other than an iPod would be far better spent considering apple have very poor sound quality for MP3.
#19
Just called my local store and it scanned at £60 but I was told it was the old generation without the camera
#20
are these the latest gen?

Headphones supplied are cack, yes, are are the ones with other DAP players in general, but apple has a more serious problem in the fact that the audio processor is not up to much against its Sony, Creative, Cowan, IRiver, Sandisk and Samsung rivals.

Even an Apple hater like me has to vote this hot! Not nationwide though.

I think it is, although it's the 4th generation model that is £60

i think you should add that its a 4th gen in the title. when i called the guy checked the 5th gen and scanned at £135.
#33
Bargain if anyone can find one :)
#34
Even for a 16GB 4th Gen this is really cheap for new.

Now why can't they sell them in the Morrisons where I work!
10% staff discount too :(

Personally I find the engine noise of the bus I'm on and the chatter of other people affects the music far more than the audio processor. Do you listen to your mp3 player in a silent room or something?

No, but mine does have noise cancelling personally, irrespective of that as said Apple have very poor sound processing which makes MP3s sound very flat, as said this is a fantastic deal for what it is, however those interested in sound quality would do far better putting their £60 towards another player, regardless of background noise in travel you do notice a difference, hence why I don't use my mobile phone as a dedicated MP3 player as the sound processor just isn't that great.

good price for a 16gb player...hot...despite the fact that I wouldnt touch an ipod with a s****y stick
#39

Then why buy them? An MP3 player is primarily a sound playing device is it not, do you buy one to look at?
