Good price.
#2
Very good price, shame about it being a class 2 card though.
#3
Any better offers out there? Looking to get a 16GB card for the summer holiday

Anyone know if this works in a Sansa Clip - I know 16GB cards are ok just wonder if this brand works - since Sansa Clips can be fussy.

Very good price; shame i bought my 16gb card several weeks ago (for ~£25) :(
#6
good price
#7
I'll hang on til I can get a PNY for this price or pref less
#8
Good price but looking for class 4 or 6. heated
#9
Good price it would seem. I've an 8gb at the moment in my phone and it seems enough for the time being.
#10
Shame it's a class 2. I just bought an 8gb class 6 for £12.20 at Zoomboits.

I just paid £28 for a £16 gb PNY class 2 from Play - would have gone for this if I'd seen it first. However the reviews at Play suggest the PNY actually is faster than Class 2, so I might stick with what I've ordered...

Ebay £16. Boom baby

Buying memory cards off Ebay is for mugs. I like a bargain as much as the next guy but the chances of getting a fake card are high, and when it dies two months down the line you have no comeback. I just sent a SanDisk 8gb back to Amazon for a full refund, eight weeks after I bought it.

Sticking with 8 gig class 6 until the commonly available speeds of 16 gig card ups and the price falls.

Prices on 8 and 16 gig cards have changed little over the last 18 months.

Ebay £16. Boom baby

Wonder if thats the same bloke (Hong Kong is it ?) I bought a 32gb sandisk that doesn't work and is fake, and he did a bunk - wonder if it's the same "Boombaby" ?
Reappeared with the same name ? Interesting, although i can't prove athing of course :x

Are class two fine for the HTC Desire? Or would it be advisable to go with something faster? I've googled around and cant find any discussion about it so I thought id ask you knowledgeable people :)
#17
Should be fine for the Desire, after-all HTC supply a class 2 card with it!

However, once Froyo is released and there's the ability to save apps to the card then it's possible a faster card may be worthwhile. Although, that's not guaranteed.
#18
Problem is if you look for a class 4 card you're talking almost twice the price... :/

Think I'll wait for Froyo to come out and see if people complain about the stock class 2 cards causing lag...

Would like a 32 gig card but the prices are just ridiculous, over ninety quid! :O

still, 16 gig Desire > iPhone 4 imo :D

If you think about the amount that fits on the card, and how easy it is to carry an extra thing that will normally fit inside the back of the phone - is there any point in going for a class two rather than getting an extra class 6 8GB?
