Hot price for a 16GB card. Been after one of these for my new phone and they are all around £35 ish. Thanks OP. Have some heat and rep!

Same here, ditto...

Class 2, bleargh! I'd rather have 2x 8GB class 6 (or 4 at least)

Not voted either way. Seems an OK'sh deal if speed isn't an issue for you.

Would this work in a Samsung Lucido S7220?

Class 2??? Back of the class alright.

Unbranded too. Even if they have a photo of a Toshiba card for instance, you will receive an unbranded card. It says it in their small print. Would never buy anything off them again.

Very slow transfer rate.

I don't see that? They're advertising a Dane-elec, if you don't get a Dane-elec card couldn't you return it as being not as described?

Personally I'd go for 2 of the 8Gb cards that are widely available for a tenner each, saving a bit of money for the drawback of having to swap the cards over halfway.

I'm not clued up on all things SD..I'm after two Micro SD cards for a Dsi. 50 games Max on each so 4GB ones will do. Any recommendations guys?

You may awell just get an 8GB card imo as there is just a few £ difference between the 4GB & 8GB.

Simular card on Play, and same price too. This has been the standard price on these, so not so much a hot deal.

Sorry this is not a good deal

If you're looking for a cheap 16Gb SDHC and don't need it to be fast then £17.99 inc del @ Play.com

You just have to watch out that in the product description they don't say something like,"Please note: You may receive a card that differs from the image shown: they may have no sticker and be 'bulk' packed (no horrible plastic packaging!) but they will come with a protective jewel case and are 100% Toshiba OR Samsung guaranteed!"

I remember when I posted this exact same deal months ago. I'd been thinking prices would have hit the £20 mark for 16gb's by now. Guess we'll have to wait for 32gb's to be released before we see any significant drops in the 16gb prices.
