What do you mean "maybe not"? The Graphics card with the i series processors can handle full HD .264...

Medion after sales service is excellent. Ive had one for nearly 2 years. It only came with the standard 12 months warranty but the battery went on it after the warranty period (i.e it would no longer charge), and medion still issued a replacement nearly 6 months after the warranty had expired.

Also I haven't seen many i3 laptops with 17inch screens for this price

Voted hot and I recommend the brand
