  I'd recommend getting olympic weights if you're serious. Standard bars can't handle much over 100kg forever.
  I bought a lot of standard plates and got over 100kg on a lot of exercises very quickly. They're gathering dust now.

  I still use my dumbbells I posted on here a few months ago. With metal spinlocks although I do need some more weights. 25 isnt enough anymore.

  Yeah I had some olympic bars too, gathering dust the 10,000kg ones. Moved onto 1,000,000,000kg ones myself. Im so f**king buff
