special offer from £399 to £299 until the above date.

I saw this and thought it was pretty cool, ideal for someone who wants a pc and not a laptop but doesnt have the space for a clumpy base unit. i would wall mount it and add wireless keyboard and mouse, anyways, hope this helps someone out.

When this sort of thing is produced with a touch screen and is still £299 then it'll be interesting
#5
Only 1GB of RAM and running Windows XP (doesn't support for that OS end in two years?), so I wouldn't buy this. Better to buy a "net top" PC such as the Acer Revo if you're short of space.

Like almost all Maplin deals - ice cold.

Go check out Dell outlet, or Acerdirect refurbs.
You can get all-in-ones with proper processors, far better screens (some even touchscreen!) for the same sort of price as this.

e.g.

This, or this

its not bad, you might be able to get it a bit cheaper with some maplin vouchers or something.

Talking about the REVO, something like this might be more useful REVO @ ebuyer, only has linux, but boasts 2gb ram, dual core and ION chipset (handy for HD stuff)

it may look good, even if a little overpriced. BUT if it goes wrong it wont be easy to fix. parts will prob be very hard to source
