Sorry, no idea if this is local or national, but I found it at my local which is Reddish in Stockport.

Are the asda ones free range though?

For those wondering, the offer is for 18 medium eggs - its a 12 pack with 50% extra free. Had plenty in my store last night.

Of course asda is free range, it's 18 eggs of various sizes (some are massive) no special offer no freebies just 18 free range eggs for £2

Good deal! Although Morrisons were doing 25% off of organic eggs last time I was there. I'm sure they were £2.65 for 12 medium size, and they are beautiful tasting too, well worth the eggstra (:p sorry couldn't resist) 65P

Gonnertillidie your avatar had me cracking up! Good form old chap

Voted cold - poor deal - no significant saving and you'd have to do your whole shopping at Morrisons to justify the benifit - this may work out more exspensive overall.
Coupled with that the shelf life of eggs is comparativly short and they generally need to be kept refrigerated, so you couldn't even buy enough acumulate a big saving (by stocking up) and if you did you'd fill your fridge which would have negitive consiquences. You'd have nowhere to put your other food and your fridge would work less efficiently as it would be full.

morrisions is expensive overall. they just lure customers in with cheap promotions. whilst most of thier other stuff is much higher prices
