Fairly certain this is the cheapest price for these so far.....

Now that my hoover is completely choked with the things, the back of the sofa is concealing hundreds and the washing machine seal is awash with them, the kids have asked for some more.

It's a great craze, but some of the things the kids have made me should (quite frankly) NEVER be seen adorning a 40 something, shaven headed builder !!

Enjoy !

Good deal but a little word of warning on one of the sellers of this item: e.wholeseller. They do not send their orders out and now have a backlog of orders and a host of 1 star ratings as they do not even reply to messages. I should have had mine last Wednesday and no sign and no response to emails. Hopefully Amazon will de-list them very soon.

So do check the feedback of your supplier before ordering.

Heat added by the way. :)

My son came home from a birthday party wearing one yesterday - I'd hoped it was just a girls thing. :(
May as well give in to the inevitable and buy some.

Paid £2.11 for them a few weeks ago they arrived quickly and were all fine no idea if the packs contained quite as many as they claim but there was plenty of them

When you click on your link it say one left in stock but won't let you put it in your basket, so if you click on other sellers there are a few for £1.49

This craze may fade away as the market has been flooded with them, there's video's on Youtube showing you how to make them, books available and people are even selling the made bracelets on ebay.

Great price,
Bought theses last week from the same seller (greatdeals4you) when seller had a deal on for 3000 for £2.89 thay came as shown in picture (all multi colours mixed in a bag) mine came in bags off 600 not as good as ones I've bought in the past but well Worth the price seller is asking compared to other retailers, mine came by Royal Mail within the week off buying, would by again as thay don't seem too last long due to my daughter always making bracelets for herself and her friends :)

This craze may fade away as the market has been flooded with them,

It's new here but started in the US in 2011, interestingly. Really took off after Chinese firms started "cloning" the product. Shocker.

Thanks ordered for me kids!

Cloning elastic bands, whatever next!

These were popular some time ago, now they're popular again. This will die down eventually and everyone will be left with useless coloured elastic bands.

The looms let them create more complicated designs so yes, if they get into it then it's definitely useful, but the simple bands can be done on just forks or fingers. Our kids use those children's chop sticks that are connected at one end like tongs.

Good price, heat added.

My son who is 7 asked me for these ages ago - saw them on TV - didn't know what they were then, but they are everywhere now. He is still making them now - bought the first set (with loom) about a month ago. He makes them and takes them to school to give to his friends - boys and girls - and is getting 'orders' for them in chosen colours - perhaps he should be selling them! He piles them all into the 4 pockets of his shorts and is allowed (teachers have said they will take them away if they see children wearing/playing with them in class) to play with them at break time.

Just an afterthought - with the first loom band set (with loom) which I bought at 'This is It' - the plastic loom is good quality and the edges, etc, on it are really smooth. However, I bought another loom set (for my daughter) at Poundland and the edges on the loom are really sharp - a young child could easily cut themselves on it - the bands were ok though.

my two boys (5 and 8 ) love loom bands - they got some scented ones from the pound shop but they smelt of plasticy pineapple.

How many do you need to make a bracelet? I bought 3000 the other day, that sounds like an awful lot to me

My Niece uses her finger, a fork and a couple of different looms, I'd advise this one thought as the pegs are moveable.

Depends how big your wrists are, have a look on Youtube some of the tutorials actually tell you how many bands you'll need.

It doesnt matter how many you think you need.....even if you bought 30000, you'd still need more in a couple of weeks time X)

simplest bracelet, 10-15, normal ones 2-3 times that
as you add more complexity it goes up a fair bit but 3000 is quite a few bracelets

may have to look into the forks thing, did a bracelet using 4 fingers of the left hand and it was tight as hell to make it and took forever... or at least felt like it

I'm awaiting 2 orders from this seller, ordered 2 weeks ago, no response to emails! My very patient 7 yr old is becoming very impatient. I've put a claim in for both orders and Amazon have given me refunds onto gift cards. I know its only a couple of quid but it's the principle, just think how much money they've had!!!
