These were on offer a few months back but the deal ended and for the last month it has been selling at £159.99. But it has now appeared in the clearance section for £99 - not bad for a lcd tv with freeview and dvd player.

Product Features:

LCD DVD Combi
16:9 Widescreen
Pixel Pitch
Built-in USB & Card Reader ports
Panel Size: 19"inch

Specifications:

Integrated DVD Player with DivX support ;SD/MMC/MMS Card Reader; USB Port;
Disc format: DVD/CD/VCD/MP3/JPEG/CDR/CDRW
OSD language - English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch
DVB OSD language - English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch
Power Supply - AC 100~240V 50/60Hz
Remote Control - Yes
Other Feature - Support NICAM, 100pages Teletext, Comb Filter, Noise reduction
Monitor Dimension (W*H*D mm) - 470 x 366 x 200 mm

Also if you eneterd a student number in the hmv system last year, it takes another £10 off bringing the price down to £89. Note you cannot get student cards anymore so im afraid only those who have used one in the last academic year and registered it online will get the further money off.

Although it was some time ago I bought a DGM monitor. After 8 months the backlight went. I had to send it back to DGM (even though it had a 3 year on-site warranty.) 6 weeks after they received it they still hadn't fixed it. As their office was a few miles off my route to work I told them I would collect it in an hour, fixed or not, to get a refund. When I arrived the door was locked and they wouldn't let me in. As I walked away a member of staff came back from a fag break, you should have seen their faces when I got in!
The monitor is still working 4 years later but if you get problems send it back to the shop not DGM!

I got the same make from Netto yesterday, 15" though. That played AVI/DIVX off DVDRW's.
So maybe this one will.
