This looks great fun if you are a fan of chocolate! Course lasts around 2 1/2 hours and you get to eat what you make as well as take away the skills you learn while you are there!
£19 instead of £49 for a chocolate making course using Green and Black's chocolate with the master chocolatiers at MyChocolate - Save 61%
You know those chocolate adverts that always start showing around Easter time? The ones in which molten chocolate is spun slowly on a spoon? You're sat on your sofa salivating. Never mind giving it as a present to a loved one in the form of a foil-wrapped bunny, you just want to dive right in and gorge on the stuff. Well make that fantasy a reality (kind of) with this scandalous little deal from Groupon and the master Chocolatiers at MyChocolate. We're inviting you to indulge in a luxurious two and a half hours of chocolate heaven for £19, instead of the usual price of £49.
You will start your chocolate making event by discovering the process from bean to bar - this may well be the first time you taste a cocoa nib and 100% pure chocolate. When it comes to chocolate the experts at MyChocolate reckon that rules are made to be broken - which is why they're not afraid to team chilli, tea and other exotic ingredients with some of Green & Black's finest. You'll get the chance to create your very own personalised, never-to-be-repeated limited edition Green & Black's chocolate bar or giant chocolate button (marshmallow, cardamom and biscuit flavoured, anyone?). Find a new friend (ie. the person next to you) and make truffles from raw ingredients (making truffles is a real icebreaker!).
Chocolate may be a guilty pleasure, but at MyChocolate, you don't have to feel guilty about its provenance, because the team there believe passionately in sourcing ethically sound couverture chocolate, and therefore work exclusively with the ethical Green & Black's brand, for whom they are proud ambassadors. So immerse yourself in your favourite gratification with today’s fantastic Groupon.
What people are saying...
"If you want a fun way to spend a few hours one day, book yourself on this course. The morning starts off with a hot drink and intro into various types of chocolate - what's good and what's not - with tasting of course. We then popped on aprons, rolled up our sleeves and made a big chocolatey mess. The class of 8 was informal and fun and the chocolate chef was entertaining, with a quirky sense of humour. We made praline and fudge fillings first and then proceeded to cover with melted white, dark and milk chocolate and sprinkle with nuts, coconut and hundreds and thousands."
