Brilliant deal. I just wanted a HDMI connector and I would have snaped it up. Voted hot anyway!
anyone know if it's wall mountable?
i dont know, but they are selling a wall bracket at the same time, so it could be.
"Includes DVB-T Tuner, MHEG5 " - Does this mean the tuner is integrated or that it is seperate? I think £250 seem reasonable if it's integrated with the DIVX DVD.
Includes 3 year warranty also
Should add that it's not available until Sunday (1st April) Can anyone tell me whether it's Widescreen or 4:3 format? The Tesco Direct (Venturer) is still £50 cheaper but continually (out of Stock)
What is MHEG5 and will this definatley play divx files?
1440x900 is a widescreen format, so although it doesn't explicitly say it's WS I'd guess it was.
MHEG5 is the digital teletext used on Freeview. MPEG4 could be DivX (sorry, can't be more specific)
I agree this is a good buy.
But does anyone have a tip on how to improve the poor sound quality?
The only audio output is the coaxial socket at the back of the set, but I have been unable to connect this to an amplifier & loudspeakers.
