I'm sure its not the best, but then it is under £100 for a 19 inch WIDESCREEN monitor.

it also does a decent sharp res at 1440x900 and doesn't seem too low spec'ed for the price...

It isn't the fastest in terms of response rate, but this is a cracking price for a 19in TFT! Fairly decent resultion too...

Not the best out there, but for those looking for good value and who aren't gamers etc, then this looks good!

I've used a few of these and can highly recommend for a budget monitor.

For about 110, you can get an Acer 19" widescreen from Amazon...

I bought the Acer AL1917WAS for my father from Amazon when it was a £100 and was disappointed. I also recently bought a Mirai DML-519W100 for my sister for £110 (plus shipping) and thought it was worth the extra money. It has DVI and D-SUB and came with both cables and 3 year next day on-site warranty. The Acer has a return to base warranty so be prepared to pay for return postage and be without a monitor for an unknown period if it develops a fault. I wouldn’t buy an Acer again.
